- Pay or agree: package checkout is in GBP; custom work starts only after written agreement.
- Kick-off: we confirm access requirements and schedule remote delivery.
- Deliver: we complete the agreed package or quotation scope and hand over documentation.
Any software licences, cloud subscriptions or other third-party charges will be identified as included or separately payable. Recurring support, if agreed, has its own scope, billing period and cancellation arrangements.
